RecordMan is “easy to use” software that works with most barcode scanners. And it is simple to set up… Use an Excel spreadsheet to import your documents into RecordMan. You can choose your own document field names. Tell RecordMan the locations you want to define.

After that you can track your documents as they move from one location to another. It is easy. You just barcode scan the location you want to send the document to. Then you simply barcode scan the documents. A Quick Search function will tell you where any document is at any time.
