CheckMan has a special feature that allows you to speed up entry of new items. Simply tell CheckMan what fields you will be using. After scanning a field, CheckMan automatically proceeds to the next field.

Simple, Intuitive User Interface
CheckMan offers many simple & powerful features. All items are displayed on one screen in a data grid that can be easily navigated. Click any item within the grid to display the complete information on that item. Click any column in the grid to automatically sort the information within that column.
Powerful Check In / Check Out Capability
Simply select the location you are moving the items from and the location you are moving the items to. CheckMan shows you all of the items in both locations. To check out / in a item simply select that item. CheckMan keeps a complete history of all of your item movements which can be viewed in the reporting module. With CheckMan all of your information is visible all of the time.
Barcode Scanner Enabled
CheckMan has been designed to work seamlessly with barcode scanners. The software has been tested with the majority of barcode scanners designed for PDAs on the market today. CheckMan has also been successfully tested with PocketPC And CE.Net PDAs that have built-in barcode scanners.
Full Filtering & Search Capabilities
CheckMan for PDAs provides you with a full reporting capability allowing you different ways to view your data. A full search capability allows you to locate data within your database. A filter capability gives you the ability to view of a portion of your database.
Upload / Download Data to Your PC
CheckMan utilizes the Microsoft Activesync © software for uploading and downloading information to the Access database on your PC. Simply place your PDA in its recharging / download cradle and the database on your PC is automatically updated. There are no extra steps.
Based on Microsoft Access
Because CheckMan for PDAs is based on Microsoft Access, you are not locked in. The Access database is not locked or password protected. Collecting your item information in an open database allows you to export that information to other software. CheckMan for PDAs provides you with an open and flexible solution.
Runs on Windows CE & PocketPC
CheckMan runs on most PDAs running Windows CE or Microsoft PocketPC. The software has been certified for Hewlett Packard IPAQ, PSC, Symbol, Casio, ViewSonic, Intermec and other popular PDAs.
