Collect Asset Data Easily

AssetMan has a special feature that allows you to speed up entry of new assets. Simply tell AssetMan what fields you will be using. After scanning a field, AssetMan automatically proceeds to the next field. Once the last field has been scanned, AssetMan automatically enters that information into your database.

Click any item within the grid to display the complete information on that asset. Click any column in the grid to automatically sort the information within that column.

Powerful Stock Take Capability

AssetMan automatically uploads data from the Asset database on your PC. A powerful filter utility lets you specify which assets you wish to stock take. AssetMan automatically keeps track of which assets have been located. At any point in the stock take, you can identify which Assets have been located and which assets have not been located.

Barcode Scanner Enabled

AssetMan has been designed to work seamlessly with barcode scanners. The software has been tested with the majority of barcode scanners designed for PDAs on the market today. AssetMan has also been successfully tested with PocketPC PDAs that have built-in barcode scanners.

Full Filtering & Search Capabilities

AssetMan for PocketPC provides you with different ways to view your data. A full search capability allows you to locate data within your database. A filter capability gives you the ability to view of a portion of your database.

Upload / Download Data to Your PC

AssetMan utilizes the Microsoft Activesync © software for uploading and downloading information to the Access database on your PC. Simply place your PocketPC PDA in its recharging / download cradle and the database on your PC is automatically updated. There are no extra steps.

Based on Microsoft Access

Because AssetMan for PocketPC is base on Microsoft Access, you are not locked in. The Access database is not locked or password protected. Collecting your asset information in an open database allows you to export that information to other software. AssetMan for PocketPC provides you with an open and flexible solution.
